Paper Choices and Ordering Update May 2022 |  | |
There have been some shipping issues with some of the papers so please email me before placing any order. The USPS has also raised their rates significantly so I am in the process of looking into other shipment options. Thank you for your understanding and I will get back to you as soon as possible with up to date papers and shipping prices.
Bright Whites/Brush Painting Series (#1 through #6): The first two papers are solids (Bright White and Cloud Dragon) and the next four are white on white with watermark leaf images of either bamboo, plum, maple or pine. The colors are adjusted somewhat to show the patters but all these papers are white. All Bright White/Brush Painting Shades are $100.00 each.
Kozo Papers Series (#7 through #9): These papers are all natural and are made from 100% Japanese mulberry (kozo) which gives them a soft and elegant tone. Since there is no wood pulp used in kozo, these papers will actually brighten as they age.
It doesn't yellow over time as Western paper does.
The cost of Kozo paper shades is $115.00.
Samples of any paper will be supplied upon request (go to Contact page). Please note that colors and textures of papers may be different than the images on a computer monitor so ordering actual samples is recommended.
